Hi. I'm listing an item on eBay under several different auction titles. The product is the same in all of the variations. The title is the only thing that is different from one auction to another. Is there a way I can set E-junkie to recognize more than one eBay auction title as a single product, or do I have to create a separate E-junkie upload item for each one? # POSTED ON: January 10, 2010 @ 20:17 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: January 10, 2010 @ 20:19 GMT -7 |

Since the product's Item Name in Seller Admin must exactly match the eBay Auction Title for our system to recognize which item was purchased and process the sale, you must create a separate product in Admin for each different Title you're using. # POSTED ON: January 11, 2010 @ 20:17 GMT -7 |

So I have to upload and use server space for 10 manuals that are exactly the same so I can match the ebay title.. I guess I need to change to a different service then.. there is no way to point each product title to the same manual already loaded to the server? These take up a lot of space and it makes no sense to load the same manual up 10 times. Please let me know if there is a way to point the different product titles to the same uploaded manual on server.. if not i need to look into something else... # POSTED ON: January 12, 2010 @ 08:04 GMT -7 |

If you are selling downloads, you only need to upload each different file once. Duplicate products that issue the same file download under a different Item Name/Auction Title can use the "Package files from other products" setting, which allows you to pick the other product that already has the file uploaded. # POSTED ON: January 12, 2010 @ 16:09 GMT -7 |
