Hi, I just created a discount for my products as per your instructions for applying a percentage off the total cart amount. Do I need to create and then paste new add to cart buttons to all of my products. I tried testing and no discount shows up so I assume that after following all the instructions to make the discount there must be something else I should do. My buttons are all add to cart buttons. Thanks in advance for any help on this and thanks E-junkie for a whole year of great service! # POSTED ON: January 18, 2010 @ 19:50 GMT -7 |

You don't need to replace your cart buttons; the only settings that would affect a product's Add to Cart button code would be Item Number, Variants/Variations, or Suggested Price (if you're using "Let buyers edit price"). The discount would be applied in the cart. If you configured your discount with a Discount Code, then the buyer would need to enter that code in their cart to claim the discount. If you left the Discount Code blank in the discount's settings, then the discount should be applied automatically once a buyer's order meets the Min. Item Total and/or Min. Items in Cart thresholds you defined for that discount. # POSTED ON: January 19, 2010 @ 17:03 GMT -7 |
