An Ebay auction winner recently had trouble downloading my music album using your link. He said he downloaded all the files but 80% were what he called "dead air". I have sold this same album in the same manner prior with no such problems. I have reactivated his download link in hopes that he will be able to successfully download this time.
What is the problem?

There is no issue on our end. That sounds like a local issue on the buyer's machine like connection issue or a software interfering with the download like an anti virus, firewall, Internet security software or a download manager.

Disabling those before download might help.
