Hey, Firstly, just found your site and already I'm enthused by your irreverant humour! It's always good to find companies with a good product and also a sense of humour! Anyway, my (small) company sells guitar pedals and I'm looking to improve the cart/shopping experience. Currently I'm just using the PayPal 'standard' cart but I want a better solution that can offer the following: You buy a hat -> you get taken to a page that says, 'ah you bought a hat, you might also like gloves/ear muffs/etc' with links to click 'add gloves', 'addd earmuffs' etc -> then you're taken to either check out of back to the store. Can eJunkie do this? Any help or advice would be much apprecaited! Many thanks, Adam # POSTED ON: January 21, 2010 @ 21:12 GMT -7 |

I'm just starting with e-junkie myself but I noticed this in the documentation : http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.cross-promo.htm # POSTED ON: January 22, 2010 @ 03:20 GMT -7 |

Hey, Thanks for that - I'd considered using the 'thank you' page as a place for upselling items, from the document you linked though it seems that you see the page after payment is completed? Everything I sell has postage costs, some cost more than others and I need something where the final cost is determined on check-out. If I want to upsell an item, I think it would need to happen before any payment has been processed so the customer can pay for everything together? Is this possible with eJunkie? Thanks again, Adam # POSTED ON: January 22, 2010 @ 20:11 GMT -7 |

You can customize the cart and place add to cart buttons into the cart itself. Here is a link to our cart customization help page: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.custom-cart.htm # POSTED ON: January 23, 2010 @ 10:40 GMT -7 |
