adding admin almost boggling button changed complicated create deleted ignoring issue items sku skus system unique variants weird

In the admin it changed all the variants on it own.. like I paste in there the variants want. then I create the button, but when I go back it has deleted almost all of variants. Weird? the button worked because it deleted the variants, but when they are all in there it will not work.

Complicated mind boggling issue. Simple reason though .. SKUs must be unique. System's ignoring the items you are adding with the same SKU.
