How do I change the message and layout of the "download link expired" page. Right now it just says the following: "This download link (https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/..........) has expired. Please contact the merchant at -----@----.com." I would like to add more to that sentence. Is there any way to do this? Is it possible to add html to the page? # POSTED ON: January 27, 2010 @ 07:32 GMT -7 |

That cannot be changed. You may want to allow more attempts or hours in the product's settings if you're getting too many buyer complaints about expired links. # POSTED ON: January 27, 2010 @ 15:12 GMT -7 |

Well that's not really a solution to the problem. Are there any plans in the future to allow this message to be changed? Or at least add to it!? I'm not sure I understand the reason for this. # POSTED ON: January 27, 2010 @ 16:40 GMT -7 |

Currently there are no plans to change this setup. I will however, forward your suggestion to our development team for consideration. # POSTED ON: January 28, 2010 @ 11:09 GMT -7 |
