I tested my "add to cart" and "view cart" buttons with a test product a week ago. Now I just loaded a bunch of products onto my site and when I try to add them to the cart, nothing happens. When I click view cart, it shows that it is empty. Help! Where is this going wrong? # POSTED ON: January 28, 2010 @ 20:04 GMT -7 |

If you provide the URL of your page where you have pasted our Add to Cart buttons for your products, we can have a look at your page's source code and test the buttons for ourselves to see what might be going on there. # POSTED ON: January 28, 2010 @ 20:54 GMT -7 |

Couple of simple mistakes I've made concerning this: I know that if you have products on different pages, you'll need that VIEW CART button on each page as well. That might prevent the ADD CART button from working. OR, Sometime you don't actually catch the whole code when copying. Don't know if these help, just thought I'd throw them out there:) # POSTED ON: April 24, 2011 @ 10:41 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: April 24, 2011 @ 10:42 GMT -7 |

This is a support forum for E-junkie Cart, so we can't be of much help with PayPal Cart problems. If you would like to start using E-junkie, you would need to add products in your E-junkie Seller Admin and copy the ready-made E-junkie Cart button codes we provide to replace the PayPal button codes in your site. Our Getting Started help page is a good place to begin setting up your E-junkie services: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.sell.htm # POSTED ON: April 24, 2011 @ 18:14 GMT -7 |
