I submitted an email, but I need help with this immediately. I have a customer who paid by e-check, which cleared Paypal today. I have the funds in my Paypal account.
However, the email from e-junkie says that the "order was not processed due to possible fraud."
How can this be when PayPal cleared the e-check? I have the transaction ID, but when I try to enter it in E-junkie to reactivate, it says transaction ID not found (obviously because it wasn't processed)
I need to get the downloads to the customer and need this corrected today please. Who can I talk to?

--- That will happen if you changed the price of the product since it was ordered.
> I tried to reactivate the transation ID and e-junkie returned "Transaction ID not found"
--- You can no re-activate and order which was not processed by us in the first place.
> I need to have this validated so that the customer can get her download link.
--- We can not process a failed order. You can use Admin > Send free download link feature to send your buyer the link to products purchased.
