1) how do I cancel an order? - the buyer selected UK as a shipping destination in the ejunkie selector, but then inputted a US address in the shipping destination meaning quite a large shortfall in amount of shipping due.

2)(2 parts to this) Having cancelled the order, how do I cancel it in e-junkie so as to cancel the affiliate commission for this order? - I know I could quite simply cancel the order in paypal, but how does this effect the e-junkie transaction log which shows that the money is due to the affiliate for this sale, and will the affiliate be advised of this cancellation?

To cancel an order, you would cancel it in PayPal and then PayPal will notify us about the change in the order. Our system would then change the information for the order. The affiliate will be able to see this change in their account by going Affiliate Admin>View/Download Earning Report.
