I sell cake balls and depending on the product you can select up to 5 flavors and enter a ship date. With the free version of fatfreecart, i could do these variations with no problem. However I need the shipping to calculate so I moved to e-junkie. Now though, I am limited to 3 variations.

Here is my page and how I would like it to look. Right now it just takes the first three flavors and leaves the rest off of the order for the 16,24, and 32 piece boxes.

It appears you've already figured this out, but for the benefit of anyone else reading here:

To offer more than three options, you would need to combine "Variants having individual price/weight/stock/sku" with "Variations which tell more about the product"; each of those allow up to 3 options, so combining them gives you up to 6 options total.
