Hey, Where I live we have two taxes, 5% and 7.5% over it... At the moment we can't charge 2 taxes... So I need to charge 12.875% (the same result at the end) But we are limited to 4 digits, I guess it could be easy to allow 5 digits in the TAX field. It would help me a lot in my acocunting and everything... Thanks # POSTED ON: February 2, 2010 @ 17:12 GMT -7 |

Wouldn't that be 12.5% tax? Or are you required to charge the 7.5% tax on the total that's already taxed at 5% (i.e. paying tax for the tax they're already paying)? If you really do need 12.875% tax, have you tried putting that in the Advanced Tax Settings field for your state/province? (e.g., QC,12.875) If you're located in Canada, you may find this Tips page helpful: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/tips.canadian-tax.htm # POSTED ON: February 2, 2010 @ 18:45 GMT -7 |

Hm, I will have to bring this to the attention of our Lead Developer and see if there's anything he could do about that. # POSTED ON: February 3, 2010 @ 15:39 GMT -7 |

All we can say at the moment is that our Lead Developer is aware of your concern and looking into what he can do for you. # POSTED ON: February 10, 2010 @ 14:40 GMT -7 |
