We offer customer glassware on our website. is there a way you can give the option to attach a picture file when the customer checks out, and it be attached to the email we receive that says we received an order? I would just like to have it streamlined somehow so the customer doesn have to check out and then send us a seperate email with the picture file. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, but E-junkie does not have a feature to include a file with the order data. What you can do is customize your thank you page to include an upload link, so the buyer can upload their file directly to your server. Here is a link to our thank you page customization help page:
