Hello everyone. I am new here and I'm very happy with ejunkie service... I have a product and today I sold 2 copies... The email I received says the product sold through a affiliate but when I clicked on "pay affiliate", it shows I don't have affiliate sales for January...

Can someone explain? Should I pay my affiliate manually?

We calculate commissions on a lump-sum total basis for each affiliate on sales made in the last completed calendar month. If you go to Seller Admin > Pay Your Affiliates right now, you can generate a masspay.txt file reporting commission totals earned on sales made in January. For sales made in the current month, February, any commissions earned would be reported in the masspay.txt file you can obtain in March.
