affiliate basic blank button changes clicking commisson common enabled fill help items percentages product save saving setting settings submit

I have no idea what is going on.

I will fill out all of my Common Affiliate Settings and it's not saving. I'll go back to the setting and everything will be blank.

I also have product specific enabled because I have two items that needs to be different percentages in commisson.

Please help.

This may seem like a basic question, but are you clicking the Submit button to save your changes?
