Google Checkout "Attention required: order notification failing"

Occasionally i need to email a Google Checkout invoice directly to a customer for a custom order. I do this via Google Checkout -> Tools -> Email Invoices. When i do this i then get periodic emails from Google saying Google Checkout with subjsct "Attention required: order notification failing"

Body says: "We've made several unsuccessful attempts to send order notifications to your notification callback URL, https://www.e-junkie.com/gc/89990/ResponseHandler.php As a result, you aren't receiving order status, risk, or other notifications."

I checked & everything is setup properly with e-junkie/Google. But this happens only for orders processed via Google email only (not through e-junkie). Tested orders thru e-junkie seem to work fine.

Is there anyway i can suppress the Google "Attention required: order notification failing" emails? Since e-junkie is setup as the ResponseHandler does this mean i shouldn't use Google checkout to send email invoices directly?

Thanks
sal

Yes, because E-junkie's callback URL is set in your GC account, we're being notified for all orders, even those which did not originate from our purchase buttons, so those orders are producing the notification-failed message. If there's any way to disable that or make an exception for manually-issued payment invoices, it would be at Google's end, so you'd want to consult their help pages or support staff about that:

Thanks for the info. After reading various posts on Google Checkout forum, i posted this & got a response:

...not sure if there is anything you can do on your end based on this, perhaps some how e-junkie can somehow distinguish a order originating from an email & simply ignore it (post back that order was successful). Otherwise I guess i will need to create a 2nd Google checkout account. thanks
