We are still having problems with Google Analytics and Google Goal conversions and e-Junkie.

We have set the "goal" on Google Analytics which you only reach IF you click on the "Complete Purchase" button on the completion screen of PayPal. Either way the sale is not registering on Google.

Please can you advise on what we can try next?

That can happen if

- you are not using our cart buttons at all or
- are missing the VIEW CART button or
- have pasted the code incorrectly or
- are using non-JS version of our cart button code
- or have not followed the instructions given at http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.tracking.php or
- if you have any Google analytics code or any other JavaScript on your E-junkie thank you page that conflicts with Google Analytics code that we automatically include on the thank you page if you are followed the instructions at http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.tracking.php.
