Hi I am new to E Junkie and I just listed a file for sale. Someone made a purchase from my blog for it and has emailed on how long it would take to receive it? I don't know that answer, I thought when a file was purchased it was automatically sent. Should she be looking in her email for it from E junkie? Help! # POSTED ON: March 1, 2010 @ 12:58 GMT -7 |

After the buyer finishes checkout and the payment processor confirms the buyer's payment was good and completed, we grant the buyer access to a thank-you page where we present their unique download link(s) automatically, and we also issue them a thank-you email with a link to reach the thank-you/download page in case they did not proceed to the download page after checkout. Their download link(s) expire after the number of attempts or hours (whichever comes first) that you specify in each product's settings. If you are new to E-junkie and are seeing Completed payments in your PayPal history which are not showing up in your E-junkie Seller Admin > View/Download Transaction Log, that means PayPal never informed our system when they completed that payment; please see this troubleshooting page to find and correct the source of that problem: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/trouble.paypal.completed-order-not- processed.htm If you are using other payment processors such as Google Checkout, please double-check your integration settings for E-junkie with that processor: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.payment.processors.htm # POSTED ON: March 1, 2010 @ 19:30 GMT -7 |

Sounds great! But when I went to Paypal's website Payment Preferences to turn on the auto return and the payment data transfer on, in between the two steps it asks for the return url. Who's URL and what should it look like when entered? When those steps are completed will the transaction finally be completed or should there be more steps? Thank you and sorry to be slow about this~ I am new to this process.. Also on the paypal site in the IPN history it shows the status as disabled~ what does that mean? Thank you again, I apprecite your help! # POSTED ON: March 2, 2010 @ 09:23 GMT -7 |

If you had disabled IPN previously, you may need to re-enable IPN with PayPal, but our standard button code should take care of that automatically, as long as you follow our PayPal integration instructions: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/selling-with-paypal.htm As noted there, you should set Auto-Return: Off. The only reason you would set that "on" is if you are also using PayPal to take payments for other sales unrelated to your E-junkie products, so in that case you should also set Payment Data Transfer: On, and set the Return URL to whatever you require for your non-E-junkie sales. If you are able to resubmit the IPNs from your PayPal IPN history, go ahead and do so, but otherwise you may need to fulfill your buyer's orders manually for those transactions that were not successfully completed. You can use your Seller Admin > "Send free download link" to issue download links manually. # POSTED ON: March 2, 2010 @ 19:24 GMT -7 |
