Just received this email from someone who purchased product - Finding Inner PEace for Troubled Times. It doesn't show up in the system - cannot track it - she has had problems downloading - paypal doesn't register that she purchased, yet she received an autoresponder email with download instructions...

This is what she wrote:

i am receiving alot of errors with the audio package that i bought and cannot even listen do half of it....is there anyway that i could receive this in physical form??? and pay the difference?

I wonder if maybe that one customer is just having computer problems?

Our system would not issue a download link until after PayPal confirmed their payment was completed. If there is no payment for that person in your PayPal account history, and if you did not send them a link manually from your Seller Admin > "Send free download link", that indicates whatever link they received was not issued by our system.

Perhaps if you could ask her to forward the "autoresponder" message she received with the download link she used, then you could forward that to us if you still need help figuring out how she got that link.

This morning I see that Stacey Robyn's file is not uploaded, when I have uploaded it several times. The file is 25 MB. I have enough space in my account. I even erased another product so there would be enough room.

Stacey Robyn is the owner of the list and my JV partner.

It is VERY embarrassing to me that this has happened. Requiring me to apologize to Stacey and upload the file for a FOURTH time and having to personally write to each person and explain the snafu to Stacey.

Please insure that the Stacey Robyn file is securely set in place and is not erased from the server.
