I've set my products up to 1) add the purchaser to an Aweber list, and 2) send order information to SwiftCD. A purchase was made this morning, and neither of the URL transactions were apparently made. I'm not current getting the transaction URL data e-mailed to me, just a copy of ejunkie's standard order/ipn notice. Will this e-mail tell me what I need to know to debug this problem? Thanks! # POSTED ON: March 5, 2010 @ 09:15 GMT -7 |

Check and verify that you have setup all the information for us to send the order data to both groups according to the combining integrations information at the bottom of our integration page: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.integration.htm # POSTED ON: March 5, 2010 @ 12:17 GMT -7 |

Here's my transaction URL from my products: http://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/o_plug.php?&swift_user=wellssmi& packageid=1&labelid=1&aweber=yeh-ccec-buy@aweber.com&m_emails=garysmith@wells-smith.com I've checked the parameters at both Aweber and SwiftCD, and they are correct. Neither website has received the data. What else can I check? gary # POSTED ON: March 5, 2010 @ 12:47 GMT -7 |

Start by changing the e-mail address in the Aweber section to your home e-mail address. Then go through a test checkout for your product and see if an e-mail is sent to your address. Make sure that you select to checkoff to receive newsletters in the free checkout window or the message to Aweber will not be sent. With SwiftCD make sure that your product is setup to be shipped and that the package ID that you list in the URL is also the item number that you are using for product in your E-junkie account. You can check and change the item ID number in E-junkie by going to Seller Admin>View/Edit/Delete Products, select the product and click Edit. On the first page you will find the Item Number field. # POSTED ON: March 5, 2010 @ 14:25 GMT -7 |
