No longer getting required phone number as of Feb 4th

Using Paypal payments pro. I have the box checked in General Payment Preferences. It had been working up until Feb 3rd and I was getting phone numbers with all orders.

Anyone else still getting the phone number? Any ideas?

Can you tell if this affects Express Checkout, or Direct Payment, or both? If it only affects Express Checkout, you may need to verify the phone-required setting is enabled in your PayPal account, just as you would do with PayPal Standard, as we cannot affect that preference from our end. For Direct Payments using PayPal Pro, we should be requiring a phone number, since we do control the checkout page in that case.

Hmm.. went into Paypal prefs and the phone number choice had been turned off. Should have checked there first, but didn't expect PP to change it on me.
