I got the money in paypal, but the buyer claims he never received any download link from e-junkie. I sent it to him manually. Why is this happening?

Btw I've read a lot of similar threads on here about this issue, but I checked my settings and they are all fine. Could there be some other issue? I tried to make a purchase with my own credit card and it never gave me an email at all and also it said something about having to have the payment clear.

What is the problem? I want e-junkie to deliver my digital product and its not doing that.
