I uploaded my product and got a message that upload was complete. I did 2 test purchases and I got a thank you email with a download link. When I click the link it says the seller has not uploaded anything! I checked my ejunkie log transactions and both purchases were there listed as successful. What is going on?? NaperStream, I was having a similar problem this morning. A Thank You email would send out for a free download but there would be no download link in it. I fixed it by starting over with the product. Also, you should make sure that you have not made any changes in the product between testing the checkout and the download. For example changing the item number, could cause an error. You would be able to check this by going to the transaction log and comparing the Item number listed in the log file to what is listed in the Product Edit screen. # POSTED ON: March 9, 2010 @ 12:28 GMT -7 |
