Transactions Missing

I have sold several items in Feb. and Mar. that are not showing up in the transaction log. I've also had people tell me they have not received the download link - yet the Paypal transaction went through.

When looking in Paypal History IPN (which I am unfamiliar with) it says "Delivery status Disabled"

Please advise.

You will need to check with PayPal as to why your deliveries are disabled. If you have the option to send or resend the IPN data when on the IPN History page, you can try that. It would send the information to our server and the transactions will show up in your E-junkie account. Even after that you will still want to contact PayPal to verify why they were listed as disabled.
