I need to have paypal IPN switched ON in my paypal account for another shopping cart that I'm using with the account. Will it affect my ejunkie AFFILIATE account if I have it switched on?

The software also does this:
"You can forward the IPN from PayPal to another third party service (such as your shopping cart), just enter the URL provided by the third party service here."

Will this effect ejunkie in anyway? Will my customers get multiple notifications if I use both IPN links (ejunkies and the separate carts?)

No, it will not affect your E-junkie Affiliate account.

Any orders through E-junkie for your own products should cause PayPal to send the IPN data to our system.
