Is there any way to track statistics as an affiliate? All I see is the sales generated, but no data on click-throughs or any way to append e-junkie links with different campaign parameters. Hope I'm wrong and just missing something.

Our affiliate system only tracks actual conversions and commissions earned. We do not currently have any way to track click-through rates or other campaign parameters.

However, you can add any arbitrary &name=value parameter(s) to your affiliate link's href= URL, which would be passed through and appended to the merchant's landing page URL, where custom scripting on their site could pick up the parameter and do whatever they wish with it, so you might consider contacting the merchant to see if they'd be willing to work with you on that.
