Hello, We are using Microsoft Office Live Small Business to host our site and would like to add a Buy Now button. But when I copy the code from E-Junkie and paste into the site editor, it pastes in the HTML code, and doesn't format it as a button. Now I don't think Office Live has a text/HTML editor function, it is pretty limited. Is there a way I can add a Buy Now button from E-Junkie? # POSTED ON: June 2, 2010 @ 14:15 GMT -7 |

That would depend on Microsoft's hosting service. If they will not provide you a way to edit the HTML of your site there is no way to add our buttons. You will have to contact their support to find out if they allow this. Every web page is built out of HTML code, but many services that set pages up for you place restrictions on how you can adjust that code--often by making you work through a visual editor that doesn't allow you to directly adjust the code yourself. You do not have to use a hosting service that restricts how you build your site, if you switch to a different hosting service and editing software that gives you more control you will be able to do a lot more with your site besides adding our cart. :) # POSTED ON: June 2, 2010 @ 17:05 GMT -7 |
