I have set up 2 shipping rules, one for the United States and the other for Canada.

We selected just Canada and the U.S. for shipping. Then I set up each rule.

The U.S. shipping is added correctly but Canada shows no shipping.

Is there something more I need to do to add Canada's shipping charge?

I checked your shipping settings within your account and they look correct. Can you give us a link to a page with your cart buttons so that we can test them ourselves?
