I have 65 'products' each of which has 3 downloadable items.

I need to set up so that shoppers can select 6 items from the list or 65.

Make a single payment (paypal) and receive the 3 links per item (18 links in total) that they will need to complete.
Can I deliver them a single page with all the links on? Or 6 pages with 3 links on each?

I am hosting my downloadables on amazon aws at the moment but desperately need a shopping cart to do the above.

There is not a default setting in E-junkie to setup a way for buyers to select only 6 products from a list. You would have to set that up on your website and connect the end of that form/list to an E-junkie cart button setup as a multi-add button. None of this is standard, so it would require more work on your end to setup then normal.
