auto-delivery download during link page phase product redirection script send simultaneously system thank-you wherein

Do you have a system wherein during the redirection phase of a product to my 'thank you' page to simultaneously send the download link there (like an auto-delivery script). I need this so I dont need to set up another product for the download itself.
