This just started a few days ago from what I can tell. The items that have options available are not sending the selected option type to me, so when I get the order there are no options listed, just the item. The options are showing up in the cart and in checkout, but not when I get the order. # POSTED ON: July 19, 2010 @ 13:36 GMT -7 |

Where are you expecting to see the options reported? I don't think PayPal's receipt email will report Variations/Variants values, but you should see them in your E-junkie Sale Notification Email and Transaction Log, and (if you're using it) our Integration submissions to a custom script at your end. # POSTED ON: July 19, 2010 @ 15:27 GMT -7 |

There have always been option values shown in the paypal transaction/receipts before. This just started last week, right about the time I made some changes to some product weights. I don't get ejunkie sale notifications unless it's the 'possible tax fraud' email. Is there a place to change that? # POSTED ON: July 19, 2010 @ 20:22 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: July 19, 2010 @ 20:27 GMT -7 |

All E-junkie Notification emails, including our sale notification emails, should be sent to your E-junkie Login Email address. You may have disabled these notifications in your Seller Admin > Account Preferences. Is this problem affecting all your PayPal checkouts, or just those using card-based Direct Payment, or just those using Express Checkout with the buyer's PayPal account? Do the missing option values appear in your E-junkie Seller Admin > View/Download Transaction Log? # POSTED ON: July 20, 2010 @ 16:28 GMT -7 |

Followup: we contacted PayPal, and they said if you could provide the Transaction ID(s) of any payment(s) where a product's option values weren't retained at PayPal's end, they could investigate further. Transaction IDs constitute "proof of purchase", so rather then posting them publicly to the forum here, you may just want to email those to us privately: https://www.e-junkie.com/ej/contact.php # POSTED ON: July 22, 2010 @ 18:47 GMT -7 |

There have only been 2 transactions so far that have used the options, so I will email those ID's to you. These were both paypal pro direct payments. # POSTED ON: July 23, 2010 @ 09:02 GMT -7 |

Any update for this? I still don't see the item options in my paypal transactions. This had worked fine for the last 2 years then suddenly stopped working a couple months ago. # POSTED ON: August 25, 2010 @ 11:25 GMT -7 |

I've followed up the email you'd sent us with transaction IDs, so we can continue the conversation there. # POSTED ON: August 26, 2010 @ 15:31 GMT -7 |
