Hi guys below is the second email I've gotten in the past couple 2 days from a customer (downloading my product which is hosted at e-junkie) about the security certificated not being verified. Can you please investigate and make sure your ssl certificate is up to date, and will not trigger this message.

MESSAGE:
"I accessed your site and when I was downloading the software, a message came up that the security certificate could not be verified, therefore, I am concerned and prefer not to upload unless I have a security certificate to authentic your product.
Please send me legal authenticity immediately, or I will have to cancel my payment."

We do have SSL from GeoTrust and it's up to date. The issue could be Windows complaining about your software not being signed.

Do I need to buy SSL from my new hosting company or is the entire process secured through your end?

You do not need any SSL cert. We secure our pages with GeoTrust SSL.
