Hey there wonderful e-junkie folks! I'm happy to say my store is growing. It's growing so fast that I need to hire people to maintain it. My question is how should I do this? I don't want to give others my login credentials. They only need to be able to edit, update and add products. Of course, I don't want anyone to be able to change payment gateways, etc. Is there a way to do this? Can I do multiple logins for ejunkie without giving away all the rights? Any help would be awesome. Cheers! -TT # POSTED ON: August 26, 2010 @ 07:26 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: August 26, 2010 @ 07:26 GMT -7 |

I'm sorry there is not a way to have multiple logins for your E-junkie account. I will send the idea to our development team to be added to their wish list to be consideration for a future update. # POSTED ON: August 26, 2010 @ 12:32 GMT -7 |

Would also love multiple logins, or if there's a way for book authors to login and see how their book sales are performing. # POSTED ON: August 8, 2011 @ 15:53 GMT -7 |

Thanks for that suggestion; we'll add it to the wishlist. Meanwhile, you might consider having a developer write a bit of custom scripting to utilize order data from our Integration feature: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.integration.htm That would transmit the order details to a custom script on your server, which could save that data to a database or file that your authors could view. We can recommend the competent, E-junkie-experienced developers listed in our directory here: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/developer-directory.htm # POSTED ON: August 8, 2011 @ 18:34 GMT -7 |
