I love ejunkie and it works great. So great I have not had to login for a while. Today I wanted to send a free link and when I logged on there is a bar at the top with a love ejunkie button and what looks like other buttons. Possible face book? Where did that come from and why? Also when I go to fill out the data fields they are a solid blue color. I could not do it on one computer because you could not read any text I entered. Used other computer and the monitor was such that I could just barely make out what I typed in. Why is the field not white and is it related to the I love ejunkie stuff? # POSTED ON: August 29, 2010 @ 16:52 GMT -7 |

Yes, there's a "social media" toolbar at the top of our site now, been there for at least a couple months now. We've had some requests for a way to hide that bar, so we'll be adding that soon. The issue with solid-blue text fields seems to have cropped up very recently, seems to be a bug in the Flash plugin, since all our Login and Admin panels are based on Flash. Try upgrading your Flash plugin here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ If that doesn't seem to fix the problem, and if you're using Windows and seeing the problem in Internet Explorer, try using a different browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome, and if you're seeing the problem in a non-IE browser, try using IE. IE uses an ActiveX component to display Flash rather than using the Flash plugin that all other browsers share, so bugs in one may not affect the other. We're working on an HTML-based replacement for our current Flash-based Admin, so any Flash-related bugs or problems with the current Admin will be resolved when that goes live. # POSTED ON: August 29, 2010 @ 17:48 GMT -7 |
