I've joined e-junkie and put a number of ads on my webpages under the affiliate code. But how do I know when a sale has been made and I'm owed money? Do I just wait to see if I'm paid? And how do I know that the author of the book will pay me? I read that e-junkie doesn't pay me, but each individual author. What's to stop them not paying the affiliate fee? # POSTED ON: September 1, 2010 @ 12:53 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: September 1, 2010 @ 12:53 GMT -7 |

You will receive an email notifying you every time you earn commission on a sale, and you can log into your E-junkie Affiliate Admin and click on View/Download Earning Report to view your commission earnings history. Your business relationship is with the merchant directly and solely, and it is the merchant's responsibility to provide support to their own affiliates. E-junkie only provides automated software tools that you and the merchant use to conduct your business. Our system does not even handle any actual payment funds from buyers; all buyers pay the seller directly via a third-party payment processor like PayPal, so it is the merchant's responsibility to pay any and all commissions earned out of their own pockets. You can use the Contact Merchant function in your E-junkie Affiliate Admin to send a message to the email address we have on file for a given merchant. # POSTED ON: September 1, 2010 @ 15:18 GMT -7 |
