Hi, An SEO client of mine don't have Paypal account available in her country (Georgia). So how can I accept her credit card payment since PayPal Pro is only for "Merchants in the US, UK and Canada" and I'm from Malaysia? Also, as I just setup a new account here, can the payment be released to my PayPal account straightaway? Or it will be hold/reviewed what ever it is like 2checkout? They just refunded the payment (probably because I just registered with them and quickly received a sale) from previously mentioned client, and truth be told, I never even thought for this kind of scenario. # POSTED ON: September 1, 2010 @ 15:55 GMT -7 |

PayPal will typically offer a card-based payment option during checkout if the buyer does not have a PayPal account. If their site detects a previous PayPal account-login cookie in the buyer's browser, they will assume the buyer must already have a PayPal account or is using a shared computer which may not be secure. Thus, they do not offer the card payment option in that case, and in other scenarios where there is a high risk of either fraudulent payment or exposure of the buyer's private/financial information. E-junkie is not a payment processor and does not handle any actual payment funds at any point; instead, we hand-off checkouts to a payment processor such as PayPal, where buyers would pay you directly. For sellers based outside the US/UK, PayPal and 2CheckOut are currently the only payment processors we support. # POSTED ON: September 1, 2010 @ 18:29 GMT -7 |
