I recently bought a coupon from coupon4u off Ejunkie for a staples coupon that I needed to use immediately. They sent me a coupon that was already redeemed and I requested a refund since I bought one off another vendor. I specifically asked for a refund and they sent me another coupon the next day that I had no use for and refused to refund me.

Very poor business practices and highly recommend not doing any business with coupon4u.
