I recently bought a coupon from coupon4u off Ejunkie for a staples coupon that I needed to use immediately. They sent me a coupon that was already redeemed and I requested a refund since I bought one off another vendor. I specifically asked for a refund and they sent me another coupon the next day that I had no use for and refused to refund me. Very poor business practices and highly recommend not doing any business with coupon4u. # POSTED ON: October 1, 2010 @ 22:36 GMT -7 |

E-junkie is only an automated software service that sellers use to manage their online orders. We do not sell any products of our own. Please verify the contact info from the seller's email or Web site and contact them directly regarding their products and services, since we are not directly involved in nor even typically informed of any particular seller's business operations. If you have paid for a product and cannot gain satisfaction from the seller directly, we would recommend that you file a dispute about your payment, using the resolutions process provided by your payment processor (PayPal/Google Checkout/etc.) and/or your bank or card issuer. We are not a payment processor, so we do not handle any actual payment funds and cannot issue any refunds from our end. # POSTED ON: October 3, 2010 @ 16:25 GMT -7 |
