address buyer check checkout collection count customer during easy email enable few help justin missed order problem product products reddragon sell settings shipping starting street trigger update

I know I missed something easy here. I have been starting to sell a few products and every time I get an order I have to email my customer asking for there address. I was wondering if someone could tell me what i missed in the set up so they are asked to enter the shipping address at check out. Thanks for any help!

Just make sure you enable "Shipping/Buyer's Address" in the settings of each product that should trigger collection of a street address during checkout.

@reddragon My customer was the same problem but know i update the count of my customer and every thing seems ok.
