Buyer can't use the "buy now" button

I've just had a message from a customer who is having problems with buying one of our products, he got as far as entering his details on the "add to cart" screen, but after being prompted to "pay now" the button isn't clickable.

Any ideas?

I tested your Blogspot site and was able to add items to a cart and proceed to checkout using PayPal without any problems.

The "Pay Now" button would be during checkout on PayPal's site, which the buyer would use to give final approval for their payment, so we would have no influence over that. You and/or the buyer may wish to contact PayPal Support for further assistance in that matter.
