accepts address audiobook checked country customer delivery digital download downloadable info mailing parcel product puzzled require settings shipping tax valid

A customer is asking about our download only digital product: "This is a downloadable audiobook, right? So why is it asking for a "valid" mailing address? I live out in the country, so my valid mailing address is RR 1 somewhere. If it doesn't require the delivery of a large parcel... I'm just puzzled as to why my address won't do. And I can't get the download until it accepts the info."

Please make sure you have not checked "shipping" or "tax" in your product settings.
