Instead of getting an instant download link to my ebook, my customer got a paypal "payment pending" email. I would like to my customer to receive the instant download of the ebook as soon as he has entered his payment information into paypal. Please help asap! Thanks # POSTED ON: November 4, 2007 @ 02:44 GMT -7 |

Please go to your PayPal account, accept the pending payment and PayPal will ask for your preference for rest of the payments. If the payment is pending due to echeck, it will clear in 4-5 days. Please contact PayPal for any further questions about pending payments. # POSTED ON: November 4, 2007 @ 02:45 GMT -7 |

I know that Paypal can and will hold a payment pending for 4-5 days due to echeck. But I thought that if I preferred it, E-junkie could and would go ahead and email my ebook product to my customers in spite of the fact that paypal is holding the payment pending due to echeck. I thought that this is what automated digital delivery is all about: automatically delivering the digital product to the merchant's customers. Does E-junkie not offer this option? If E-junkie does offer this option, how do I take advantage of it? Please respond asap. Thanks # POSTED ON: November 4, 2007 @ 02:46 GMT -7 |

Instant delivery is about delivering the product after a successful payment. By default, we do not deliver for echeck and other pending payments as sometimes they do not clear. If you want to remove the pending payment check for your products, you can do that from E-junkie Admin > preferences. # POSTED ON: November 4, 2007 @ 02:47 GMT -7 |
