You will issue a refund from the payment processor's website (PayPal/Google Checkout etc.) # POSTED ON: November 4, 2007 @ 16:48 GMT -7 |

at the admin screen, under manage buyers, click block buyers / transactions. from there you can enter the name or email of the person you want to block, but it wont stop them from purchasing, only from downloading your product. you will have to refund the money later with your payment processor. # POSTED ON: January 23, 2009 @ 15:41 GMT -7 |

jmanpaHow do we take that customer off the list for future download links for software upgrades? For PayPal and Google Checkout payments, when a payment is refunded or reversed, the buyer is automatically taken off the mailing list. # POSTED ON: January 25, 2009 @ 07:11 GMT -7 |
