Mapping Log data to Quickbooks

I am trying to map out your log download to Quick Books. The address line(1&2), city, state, zip, and company name come down as one field. This would not be a problem except for the fact that Address line 2 and company are optional fields and their is no key in the field to tell you if they are included. How can this be handled please?
