This evening I received 3 separate e-junkie notifications for orders, but no PayPal email notifications. # POSTED ON: January 26, 2011 @ 18:44 GMT -7 |

See if you can find the payments for those transaction IDs in your PayPal account history. If so, check your spam folder to see if PayPal's emails wound up in there somehow, and contact PayPal support if you have any further questions about their receipt emails, since our system is not involved in sending those at all. # POSTED ON: January 26, 2011 @ 20:19 GMT -7 |

I wasn't sure if e-junkie was involved in this process. Yes, they are in my account history. Not in spam folder. I will check to see if PP is having issues. Thanks. # POSTED ON: January 26, 2011 @ 20:26 GMT -7 |

@Pinkie: If the order shows up in your E-junkie Transaction Log, and it wasn't an eBay sale, then our purchase buttons would definitely have been involved in taking the order to begin with. @Gurilla: Please see this troubleshooting help page to find and fix the problem preventing E-junkie from processing your orders paid by PayPal: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/trouble.paypal.order-not-processed.htm # POSTED ON: January 27, 2011 @ 13:06 GMT -7 |

I'm getting some of the PayPal notifications, but hours later. # POSTED ON: January 27, 2011 @ 16:11 GMT -7 |

That sounds like a backlog of emails getting delayed at PayPal's end, then. # POSTED ON: January 27, 2011 @ 16:14 GMT -7 |
