Are you guys anywhere near having a non-flash option? Or what about just like an iPhone app instead?

At the moment our Development team is putting the finishing touches on our new HTML-based Admin panels, which will replace the current Flash-based Admin and should be fully usable in iOS devices such as the iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch.

Okay, I am totally digging the ejunkie platform both as a seller and as an affiliate, but this non-flash based platform has been now over a year in the making per this and other threads:

As of February, you were allegedly putting the finishing touches on the HTML based panels...

I would rather hear "sorry, it's not in the foreseeable future" than have any vendor string me along.

Is it going to happen or not?

And if it is, give me a projected launch date, so we can set the expectations accordingly.

Finally, I don't understand what the big deal is with non-Flash based design versus Flash based design. The requirements are pretty well documented at this point. PHP and Javascript are your solutions...so what's the problem?

The project has been a long time coming, and we still do not have any definitive due date for its release, I'm afraid.

We're aware that this has caused something of a bottleneck in our development process and we apologize for the inconvenience, but it is more of a "not in the foreseeable future" than "just around the corner" issue. At the same time a lot of our other planned upgrades depend on it, so we hope that the upgrade is finished sooner than later.

The biggest improvement will be accessibility, Apple and many other mobile devices do not support Flash, but the other advantage is once this one big hurdle gets cleared it will be a lot easier for us to implement fixes and improvements that we've had to work around in the meantime.
