I receive an e mail that I sold a product with

but I do not have an Affiliate Share or I get zero income

why is that?

If you are an affiliate promoting another merchant's products please contact them. They are responsible for administering their own affiliate program, both in assigning the commission rates and in actually paying out their affiliates. We cannot answer questions on their behalf, but you can use the functions in your Affiliate Admin screen to send a message to your merchant if you do not have their contact information.
