My most recent earnings report showed a $0 dollar commission for a $99 product with a 50% commission. When I queried the merchant his reply was that he had not received any payment for the sale either and that e-junkie had been "hacked". My affiliate link (a hoplink) goes to page where there is an upsell. It was the upsell product that was showing the $0 commission. Is there any way to check whether: (a) the cookie is being set correctly and that I get credited for the commission on the upsell product? (b) that the merchant has not deliberately set the affiliate commission on the upsell to $0? Here is the affiliate link I am using: https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?ii=619243&c=ib&aff=38673& cl=105477 # POSTED ON: April 3, 2011 @ 15:52 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: April 3, 2011 @ 15:54 GMT -7 |

Other than someone possibly figuring out the merchant's E-junkie Admin login and password, so in that case they would be able to log in as the merchant and create a discount for themselves or modify the item price, it is not otherwise possible to "hack" E-junkie's buttons or cart in order to place a free/discounted order. I can confirm the link you provided above does set the proper referral cookie, so you should earn commission from any buyer who clicks that link. The fact you got a referred-sale notification indicates the referral worked correctly; however, you will be notified of all converted referrals even for orders where no commission was earned, due to the price being zero or too small to calculate a commission (e.g. $0.01 price), or due to no affiliate share % applying to that sale. # POSTED ON: April 3, 2011 @ 20:17 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: April 4, 2011 @ 13:43 GMT -7 |

Thank you very much for the quick reply. The merchant is saying that they were not paid for this transaction. Can you confirm from the transaction record that the merchant was in fact paid? # POSTED ON: April 3, 2011 @ 20:27 GMT -7 |

I have already responded to your separate email inquiry regarding this issue, so we can just continue the discussion there if necessary. # POSTED ON: April 4, 2011 @ 14:23 GMT -7 |
