I just wanted to clarify that the default options for the sales tax settings are limited to a) taxing customers from an individual state, b) taxing customers an individual country or c) taxing everyone.
The folks in my organization's accounting department tell me that we only NEED to tax customers from seven specific states. Is it possible to select more than one state from which to tax people?

If I select the "charge VAT" option, does that apply only to customers from the EU? And if I've also selected the "tax everyone" option, are they charged domestic sales tax as well?
