Hi there

I am from the UK - and I have started selling tangible items in my store - but I am having issues with the shipping to other countries...

Is there anyone out there who could help me work out what I am doing wrong?

I have a rule for shipping - that charges 75p flat rate packing and then 25p additionally for other items.
However - it doesn't seem to be charging the 25p per item when someone states they are outside the UK and therefore, all American etc orders are only being charged 75p!

I am not technically brilliant - but I am not a total dumbs but I cannot see where I am going wrong in the shipping part of my account!

It sounds like you may have created a Shipping Rule for the 25p per-item that only applied to Country: United Kingdom. However, it appears you may have corrected this by now, as your current Rules show the 25p being added per item for All Countries -- actually, you have two such Rules created, so you can just delete one of those.
