Hi, I have opened a ticket about this but I thought I'd see what people here thought as well.

I've just started with E-Junkie as I've just created an eBook PDF info product.

After setting up an account I went into Add Product in the Seller Admin. Set the price, the title and uploaded the PDF. I got the button code and set it up on my website.

I just got a sale and the person who bought it has not received anything. I have just bought my own product and I haven't received anything either.

I thought the product would have a download link in the confirmation email.

Now I am trying to re-enter the product and I am unable to - it says "limits reached, please go to Admin > Start Subscription".

I had a free 67 day fully functional trial period to test E-junkie starting 26 April. So I don't know why it's asking me to start a paid subscription.

OK. Sorry, the product hasn't disappeared – I accidentally logged in with the wrong email address.

However, once you purchase it you aren't presented with a download link or anything. So it accepts the money but doesn't give you anything.

This help page explains how to troubleshoot and fix the most common causes of that problem for PayPal checkouts:

Thanks, I think I've sorted it out now. (I found that link with the help of support eventually.) The problem was that I had to manually accept payments at PayPal and the email with the link to the product wasn't sent out to the customer until I had.

I'm pretty sure I've got everything right at PayPal now but I'll know for sure when someone else buys the product or I'll probably buy it myself again to make sure soon.

Cheers.
