I made a purchase of the a item yesterday and sent the payment to the seller using paypal.

After i sent the payment, i got a link to download a file that was just a dummy jpg photo instead of the actual software. so i sent 3 emails to the seller to send me the link to the actual software and instructions, but the seller hasn't responded after i made the payment. Can you suggest what should i do?

You should contact the payment processor to get a refund.. If the product was listed on E-junkie, please let us know and we'll remove the listing. We don't condone using our technology for a fraud!
